conventionally known as Veterans, Police and First Responders, this class of people is a specialized heroic leadership group who benefit highly from the healing arts and sciences.

Our hats are off for those still fighting a silent war.

Over the years of hidden struggle, the stigma of saying something has worn off.

it is now commonly welcome for us in these backgrounds to now come forward and admit our battles, and to work on ourselves truly and sincerely to overcome them, alongside willing and able comrades and support.

We invite you to do the same, regardless or how new or experienced you are in this type of environment of 'healing'.

On this evening hosted by The Defender's Den and Wellness Metal Consulting, We will discuss modern approaches and discourse over the practices by the actual men and women themselves; who have dedicated their lives to giving back to their professions, whether prior or currently serving in uniform.

We welcome all view points and customs. This is not a veteran-only event, any and all who have a stake in the industry of helping veterans with wellness, fitness, mental health, or just plain support, are welcome to come and contribute your experience and knowledge. Family, friends, fans, and caretakers are all welcome.

The evening will include food and drinks, a ceremonial meditation, keynote speakers, and a panel forum for discussion, closing out with networking and mingling.
